About Compound Rehab
Why the name
"Compound Rehab?"
Because recovery works like compounding interest. One good session builds on the next until momentum takes over. We focus on small, intentional wins that stack up into long-term strength.
Rehab that builds on itself.
Founded in 2025, Compound Rehab is a mobile physiotherapy and active rehab service built on one core belief: recovery should move with you. We combine evidence-based treatment, performance-driven exercise, and personalized care to help you recover from injury, correct dysfunctions, and perform at your best — wherever you train.
We empower every patient through education and movement, guiding you to not only recover but continue progressing long after treatment ends.

Chris is a licensed physiotherapist who helps people recover from injury, reduce pain and build long-term movement resilience.
He treats everything from sports injuries and post-surgical rehab to chronic pain and mobility limits. His approach is holistic and movement-based, combining hands-on therapy, movement assessment, exercise and education to restore performance and prevent injury.
There are no quick fixes, just a plan built around you. Because real recovery happens when treatment fits into real life.
Jake is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and brings massage therapy right to your home, anywhere from Pickering to Bowmanville.
